FIRST ORDERS

All first orders must be prepaid prior to dispatch. Once a customer account is established, the first customer order will attract a 7.5% discount (proforma payment required).

SPECIAL ORDERS

TMS may not stock complete product ranges with all suppliers. To discuss ordering a non-stock item, please consult TMS customer service. Should TMS accept a ‘special order' for a non-stock item, the customer is obliged to accept and pre-pay for these goods. Once the ordered stock items arrive in the warehouse, special orders are treated like any other order - ie. the minimum order requirements will apply (see below). As special orders are only requested in subsequent TMS supplier orders, this may effect a delay of 2-3 weeks or more.

STUDENT ORDERS

TMS is pleased to offer Natural Medicine students a discount off retail price purchasing. To qualify for the discount, students must advise their educational facility, student number and modality of study. Qualifying modalities include: Naturopathy, Homoeopathy, Herbalism, Nutrition, Massage, Kinesiology.
Any goods purchased from TMS must be for personal use only, and relevant to modality studied (therefore, multiple purchases of an item or products not related to study - will be rejected). Discount offered: 1) Students not in final year: qualify for wholesale plus 25% pricing 2) Students in final year: qualify for wholesale pricing

MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENT

All orders less than $150 will attract a service charge of $10 + GST. Orders personally collected from TMS Waterloo warehouse are not subject to $10 service charge.

ADD-ON STOCK

TMS will always endeavour to accommodate the needs of all clients, and where possible, TMS will accept subsequent orders to 'add-on' stock to a previous order. However the extra time and work involved in processing ‘add-ons' to current orders causes delays in order processing, as it is re-entered into our usual picking process.

Effective from 1st April 2006, TMS will not be able to add any products to an order after it has been invoiced. If you require any products after this time, it will be treated as a new order and subject to regular ordering conditions and fees. Although some may see it as an inconvenience, we are certain that it will allow us to provide faster and more efficient service for all customers.

BACKORDERS

TMS makes every effort to ensure product availability at time of ordering. However, there may be some occasions when TMS may not be able to completely fulfill your order. TMS will not backorder stocks if the supplier is unable provide stock to TMS.

Backorders are delivered freight free (where stock content is min.$50 inc.GST).
Backorders (or backorders + additions) less than $50 inc GST - will incur normal freight charges.
Backorders are maintained for four weeks only from the initial date of order.
Backorders not fulfilled four weeks from initial order, shall need to be reordered by the customer. Normal freight charge will apply.


ACCOUNTS AND PAYMENT

ACCOUNT PAYMENTS

TMS accepts credit card, cheques, direct deposit or money order.
Customers using a Proforma account, are welcome to pay with a cheque - which must be cleared prior to dispatch of order.
Customers are welcome to establish a credit account and the invoice is sent with goods and payment must be received 30 days nett from invoice.
TMS reserves the right to alter account payment status from "Account" to "Pre-Paid", at our discretion.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS

Credit Card Payments (except American Express) are accepted without surcharge at time of placing order.
Please ensure your credit card details are provided at time of order. Some banks require your Card Verification Code (CVC) to be quoted - this is a 3 digit number located on the rear of your card on the signature band.

CREDIT CARD and PAYMENT POLICY - WHAT CARDS DO WE ACCEPT?

VISA, MasterCard, Bankcard. We accept American Express however a 3% surcharge is applied. Diners Club is not accepted.

CREDIT CARD ORDERING

Please ensure your credit card is ready at time of order. Alternatively, for easier ordering, if you prefer your credit card details to remain on file with TMS, please contact our customer service team. Please be assured your confidential details are securely stored.

INVOICE SETTLEMENT - CREDIT CARD SURCHARGE

TMS policy requires settlement of outstanding invoices via cash, cheque or direct deposit. If you wish to settle an outstanding account with a credit card, a 3% card surcharge will be applied to VISA, MasterCard and Bankcard transactions, and 5% surcharge for American Express.

OVERDUE ACCOUNTS

Any late payments may result in a change in your current account status.
TMS reserves the right to change account status to a "Stop Supply" account status without prior notice.
Late payments by credit card will be accepted, however a 3% credit card surcharge (5% for Amex) will be applied.


WAREHOUSE ACCESS

To comply with health regulations, TMS only permit account holders into the warehouse. Visitors to TMS warehouse will be required to sign the register upon arrival and departure. Regrettably, agents of account holders will not be granted access to the warehouse without prior written consent. Due to occupational health and safety reasons, TMS can no longer allow persons under 16 years, entry through the warehouse - irrespective of supervision. TMS acknowledges the safety and security of our customers and their children as a primary concern and TMS wishes to protect our younger visitors.

Warehouse hours of trade:
Monday-Thursdays: 8.30am - 4pm
Fridays: 8.30am - 3.30pm


'THIRD PARTY' PARCEL PICKUP

To avoid delays or delivery fees, account holders may request an order to be picked up in person or by a 'third party' agent.
The order must be received by phone, fax, email - a minimum of two hours prior to the agent's arrival. TMS can fulfill and pack the order for pickup - however the minimum 2 hour fulfillment period is mandatory.

COURIER DELIVERY

The following prices and minimum purchase requirements will come into effect on the 15th February 2008.

• Freight - Sydney metro area $8.00 ex GST
• Freight - Sydney Fringe $10.00 ex GST (eg: Newcastle/Wollongong)
• Freight - NSW Country - $17.50 ex GST
• Minimum freight-free purchase amount - $300.00 incl GST
• Minimum handling-fee free purchase amount - $150.00 incl GST

For overseas customers, freight and insurance charges are determined after orders are processed.
Ad hoc delivery via post is available - only upon request. Please indicate the method and speed required for postal service as this will impact the delivery quote.(eg surface/air post, guaranteed next day, registered etc).

DELIVERY LIABILITY

*TMS only accepts responsibility for parcel delivery receipted by customer signature. Courier deliveries can not be made to a Post office address.
*TMS is not responsible for any loss, damage or theft, as a result of goods left at a designated premises at the customer's request.
*TMS advocates freight delivery with our preferred courier companies however can not accept responsibility for undelivered goods, damage or theft resulting from uninsured Australia Post deliveries.
*TMS makes every attempt to ensure goods are delivered and received within 7 days of order. If you have not taken delivery of your goods within 7 days - please notify TMS for immediate follow up. If delays are not reported, delivery delays outside 30 days will not be investigated.


RETURNS

DAMAGED STOCK

TMS will consider reimbursement of faulty/incorrect/damaged goods. TMS must be advised of damaged items within 48 hours of receipt of delivery. TMS may reimburse goods, however goods will not be accepted for return unless:
1.Customers have notified TMS within 7 days from original invoice date AND
2.Customers must receive prior authorisation from TMS and obtained a return authorisation number.

Goods should not be returned to TMS without prior notification or without an authorisation number.
If goods are returned without notification or authorisation - goods will not be accepted.
*It is the customer's responsibility to repack stock for safe return to TMS.
*Stock must be received in resaleable condition (unless goods are reported damaged)
*Any stock damaged in transit (during its return journey from the customer to TMS) will not be credited.
*Goods must be returned to TMS via Standard Postage (TMS will reimburse Standard Postage only. Couriers/Express Post is not reimbursed).


DISCOUNT POLICY

FIRST ORDER DISCOUNT

New customers with established accounts will receive a 7.5% discount on the first order (proforma payment required)

ONGOING DISCOUNT

TMS offers the following discount to eligible recipients:

DISCOUNT TERMS

Discount is subject to terms of eligibility which include:

*Minimum purchase required per order
*Account must be paid upfront or settled on 30 day credit terms. Overdue accounts are not eligible for discount whatsoever.

*Discount assessment and rebate is calculated per financial quarter.
*Discounts are offered as a credit note against respective customer account - inclusive of GST rebate.

Prices in our catalogue are correct at the time of print. TMS endeavour to advise all price changes. However, prices may change at any time without prior notice. Please check your invoices. Retail prices - where shown - are indications only, and are calculated at a suggested 50% margin.

GST

All prices wholesale prices quoted in our catalogues exclude GST.

PRIVACY

Government regulation ensures your personal details remain private. Additionally, TMS will not impart database information for the purpose of inappropriate, illegal or solicitous marketing.
